Can you find the sequence that changes the battle?

Fuse a pawn with a knight, command a growing team, raise vulnerable offspring and prepare new territory. Choose camp preparations and carry two surviving captains or royal heirs into the next match. Their names, families and deeds follow the campaign.

User value

Find a sequence worth remembering.

Chess becomes a story of command, family and territory. Take your time, try an optional tactical exercise, or watch a recorded campaign unfold.

01

Build a command

A pawn moving onto a friendly knight forms a captain. Captures by the captain and its commanded pawns grow its allowance.

02

Raise the next generation

Compatible parents swap places and create one or two children on free back-row squares. Newborns need two of their own turns to grow.

03

Carry a small legacy

Five victories complete a run. Your land grows after each win, while two shared places carry surviving captains, princes or princesses forward.

An actual recorded campaign. Use Watch a recorded victory to follow every move.

Features

Eight armies, one set of rules.

Romans, Greeks, Aztecs/Mexica, Mongols, Japanese, Norse, Egyptians and Persians share readable chess silhouettes and an antique-map world.

  1. 01

    Command on the board

Select a piece to see its moves, captain formation and mating options. Actions happen immediately; a highlighted End turn button lets you skip remaining pawn commands.

  2. 02

    Follow your units

Read names, family links, achievements and memorials. Battle reviews explain real captures and command growth, with before-and-after replay positions.

  3. 03

    Learn or watch

Eight optional lessons teach actions, threats, protection and newborn timing. A smaller first battle provides room to experiment. Live Watch Mode and recorded replays let you observe without playing.

  4. 04

    Return to your campaign

Progress stays in your browser. Export a run to keep a separate copy; supported browsers can reopen the downloaded game offline.

Product concept

Each victory changes the next board.

The nearest two rows belong to each army. The middle four are a shared battlefield.

01

Earn the frontier

Victories unlock two more columns for the next match, up to sixteen. Pieces must prepare new home squares before children can use them.

02

Protect the captain

When a captain is captured, its pawns survive and become free. A team pawn can still promote normally at the opposite end.

03

Prepare your next battle

Keep formation, advance a commander, or send a rook to prepare nursery space. Inspect the exact position before choosing the encounter. Territory lasts for this run.

Architecture

Your campaign lives on your device.

The board, opponent and replay run locally in the browser.
