Brewing refund policy

Updated 19 October 2026. This policy covers Brewing purchases made through our checkout.

14 days to request a full refund

If you buy Brewing through our checkout, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. You do not need to give a reason. The refund covers the amount paid for that purchase, including applicable sales taxes.

How to ask

Use the support or refund link in your purchase receipt, or email hello@burritoslabs.com with your purchase email and order or transaction reference. Do not send full card details, passwords or files from your Mac. We will help locate the order and coordinate the refund through Stripe Managed Payments.

What happens next

The payment provider processes the refund, normally to the original payment method. The time before it appears depends on the payment provider and your bank. A refunded purchase no longer grants a paid license. Your exported files remain yours.

Your legal rights remain

This voluntary 14-day policy does not replace or limit mandatory cancellation rights, consumer guarantees, or remedies for faulty or misdescribed software. Contact us about a problem even if the 14-day period has passed.
