The July recovery gate clarified a difficult product boundary. The limited fallback should not be mistaken for the full Cirilo conversation experience.
The app gained a local readiness model and user-facing explanations for supported, unsupported, disabled, not-ready, and recoverable Apple on-device states.
At the same time, normal conversation UI stopped exposing provider and routing diagnostics. Spoken input copy was adjusted toward a conversational flow, while tests continued to require explicit submission and privacy-safe state handling.
The gate made device capability more honest without resolving it. Compatible-device Apple intelligence remains pending real-device validation, and the repository still treats fallback-only mode as limited.
