Contextator's first two phases established the idea that a personal context vault should not treat captured text as settled fact. By 12 May 2026, the repository contained the local iOS vault, journal and context-item management, default personas, package generation, manual authenticated copy, and the first Semantic Bridge.
The bridge was deliberately deterministic. It looked for supported phrases in journal entries and produced proposals rather than silently adding data. A person could approve, edit, or reject those proposals. Restricted suggestions were blocked, duplicates were marked, and approved items became verified context only after review.
That choice shaped the rest of the system. Each item carried category, sensitivity, status, confidence, and validity information. Persona packages could therefore include current, verified, allowed items and explain why other saved context did not qualify. Unknown fields stayed unknown.
This was an internal alpha milestone, not a public release. At that point the browser extension, relay, and encrypted phone handoff were still outside the implemented scope.
