By early August 2026, the repository had moved from service foundations into the first legal-work boundaries. The foundation covered reproducible installation, identity, secure sessions, durable jobs, storage, observability, automated testing, release evidence, and disposable staging.
The following phase added firms, invitations, permissions, matters, restricted access, immutable document versions, extraction, indexing, and public-source evidence foundations.
The evidence boundary was deliberately conservative. Public legal material used synthetic fixtures rather than official evidence, retrieval candidates were not legal interpretation, and restricted-matter authorization was applied before retrieval could affect rankings or counts.
The acceptance files define extensive local, container, security, integration, release, and staging gates. They show the intended engineering discipline, while confirmation of every hosted acceptance run remains outside the available repository evidence.
