The Native Case Room Takes Shape

A case inbox, chronological timeline, and composer established the product's first durable interaction grammar.

The first day of repository history established the product's visual and interaction foundation: a native case inbox, timeline bubbles, and a composer.

Those pieces made the case room more than a static record. They defined how a professional would move from scanning active work to reading its context and contributing an update.

This foundation remains visible in the current build. Dashboard rows compress status, participants, recent activity, and unread state into a small surface.

The room then expands that summary into a chronological conversation and working record.
