The local launch rehearsal moved validation beyond isolated parsers and tool screens. The repository added 26 journeys that exercised the five tools together with the anonymous wallet, credit packs, checkout behavior, entitlements, downloads, analytics, recovery, and browser lifecycle.
The rehearsal used a disposable local Worker and D1 database with a deterministic fake payment gateway. That kept the exercise repeatable and independent of Stripe credentials or remote infrastructure. It also made failure states part of the product test, including checkout problems, delayed and failed payments, duplicate webhook behavior, credit-consumption retries, and analytics outages.
The most important result was not a launch claim. It was a set of product-wide invariants. Wallet balances had to reconcile with immutable ledger entries, each operation could receive at most one debit, each checkout at most one award, and file-derived markers could not appear in network requests, browser storage, logs, or D1. Real Stripe, remote Cloudflare, staging, production, and live payments remained outside the rehearsal.
