From Generated Runs to an Authored Campaign Model

Fifteen versioned battles connected lane commitment to a structured three-world campaign model.

By the end of July 2026, the repository contained 15 versioned battle definitions across three worlds. Each battle could carry its own plan, objective, mode, route evidence, onboarding context, and retry identity.

The campaign model added progression, results, migration, recovery states, and compatibility rules for older content. Its design arc moves from lane commitment and soldier preservation toward preparation, pressure, formation, restricted resources, and combined final assaults.

Automated checks examine content completeness, strategy coverage, balance bands, replay identity, and hidden-information boundaries.

Repository documents describe this moment as an internal production cutover. The current source still leaves an important question: the campaign model is clear, but its connection to the visible menu and durable save implementation is not easy to trace. The public history preserves both parts of that record.
