Phase 7 resolved an important product question: a View would not be a folder. It would store a name, OCR query, source metadata, and management state, then execute that query against the current OCR blocks.
A View does not contain screenshots, image copies, OCR blocks, or static result identifiers. Deleting it cannot delete the underlying content. Manual Views can be created from Search, renamed, edited, pinned, unpinned, and deleted through bounded services.
Suggested Views use the same model. A deterministic generator looks for repeated local searches and result opens across multiple days, applies fixed thresholds, and skips existing or dismissed queries.
The feature reuses the existing search and screenshot-detail path, keeping Views current as the library changes and preserving OCR text as the retrieval source of truth.
