Scenario Lab moved testing beyond isolated controls by creating deterministic workspaces for six situations: launch strategy, research synthesis, studio planning, evidence review, story architecture, and concept study. Each world uses the production schema and validation rules, with stable identities and generic authored content.
The next step introduced shared checkpoints named RAW, EMERGING, STRUCTURED, CONNECTED, and REDISCOVERED. The same material could be reviewed as loose fragments, provisional Areas, fixed relationships, connected Boards, and a search target found again. This made product changes visible without claiming that the app organized the material automatically.
Asset Lab then captured screenshots and simulator rehearsals from those worlds. The package records exact search claims, Portal actions, Area membership changes, video cuts, and the limits of simulator Pencil evidence. The result is strong development evidence, while the handwriting treatment and final public selection still require approval and physical capture.
