Making the Private Alpha Legible

Onboarding, transparent settings, help, release configuration, and DMG packaging made the implemented boundaries inspectable.

Onboarding, storage and privacy settings, shortcut Help, release configuration, signing preparation, and DMG packaging changed TextRay from a set of working subsystems into something a private tester could inspect and understand.

The app began explaining where files live, how deterministic search behaves, and which local metadata supports Views and workspace restoration. Neutral screenshots created a separate publication boundary around demo content.

Packaging produced a mounted-DMG flow and Developer ID preparation, not notarization, stapling, or a public release. Reliability, accessibility, recovery, qualification, and public operations remain unfinished.
