The first recorded TradeMind MX milestone joined the outline of the product in one working path: authentication, file upload, pedimento parsing, deterministic analysis, reporting, and a browser interface.
Its value was not any single screen. It established that a customs record could travel from intake to a human-readable output inside one system.
Later March work added parser fixtures, structured errors, fuzz and property tests, background queues, idempotent workers, metrics, tenant settings, white-label presentation, and demo automation. This remains the visible spine of the application even as later phases strengthen the internal evidence model.
