By 7 August 2026, WWX had assembled the technical pieces needed for repeatable campaign work: stable numeric and identity rules, transactional commands, a discrete campaign clock, validated content packages, rolling local saves, migration and replay, a headless simulation harness, an adaptive SwiftUI shell, and native platform-service boundaries.
The Phase 1 gate tested these parts together rather than treating each subsystem as complete in isolation. The repository records deterministic stress runs, save and recovery fault tests, serial and parallel headless parity, iPhone and iPad UI suites, and accessibility-semantic checks.
Certification first exposed a repository-integrity problem: required definition files existed in the working copy but were not tracked. The project preserved that failed finding, repaired the baseline in a separate commit, and reran certification from committed files. The result was a foundation that could be reproduced from the repository, not only from one developer's workspace.
No gameplay campaign was present yet. The milestone certified the machinery that later campaign slices would use.
