On 13 August 2026, the reduced campaign gained four strategic actions that change more than a generic score.
Build Partnership creates a durable relationship and contributes to Allegiance. Strategic Investment requires that relationship, adds capacity, and records the dependency it creates. Evidence Release depends on prior verification, publishes a sanitized result, strengthens Narrative, and increases Global Escalation. Protect Infrastructure occupies scarce commitment over preparation and active periods, temporarily strengthening Security and Capacity before its effects expire.
Each action writes a typed source record. The four Supremacy Pillars and combined Index are then derived from those records. This makes the explanation and reversal paths concrete: temporary protection disappears when it expires, evidence cannot be released twice, and investment cannot occur without its prerequisite partnership.
The implementation report records a 1,503-run baseline and a 918-run sensitivity sweep, each checked for deterministic agreement across one and four workers. All four actions were used and produced different resource, timing, dependency, and pillar effects. No route qualified, which matched the current rules rather than indicating a failed test.
The campaign was now a small strategic game, but not a complete one. Confrontation, recovery, terminal routes, victory, defeat, and a real dossier remained outside the slice.
